KNOWN AS “THE TRANSITION WHISPERER”, Diana Breen (she/her) stabilizes non-profits in the midst of a leadership transition or crisis by serving as Interim Executive Director/CEO.

With more than 20 years of management experience, she excels at strengthening operations, securing seven-figure grants, advancing DEIA initiatives, and boosting support for staff and Board members alike. Diana brings formal training and practice in DEIA efforts as well as executive coaching.
